Shipping policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. Some items are made to order or fulfilled through production partners, which may affect processing time.

Local Pickup
Some products are available for local in‑store pickup. These items are clearly marked as such on their product pages.
When local pickup is selected, no shipping fees apply. Pickup instructions and availability will be provided at checkout or via order confirmation.

Shipping Time
Shipping times vary based on destination and carrier. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. This applies only to orders that are shipped.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method. Shipping rates do not apply to local pickup orders.

Order Tracking
Once a shipped order leaves our facility, customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Delays & Carrier Issues
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. If a shipped order appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier when applicable.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping charges to be resent.
